Gastric cancer can be diagonose with USG, CT-scan to see the spread of the cancer to other organ. And also with blood analysis like marker cancer CEA, FSA and GCA.
Or maybe with fiber endoscopy, with biopsy.
From several treatment, surgery and chemotherapy is the best choice, but it depend on the suspect.
